Please explain the Crocs sizes, I am a size 4 in an adult's shoe ?

Good question, and it is really easy to get the sizes mixed up in Crocs.

Some of the crocs are unisex and are denoted with a M & W, M= MENS SIZE and W = WOMENS SIZE.

When you look at the sole unit on the crocs shoe it will always be the American Size, so this will be M4/W6. This is how CROCS manufacture their product.
